Festool are a German owned manufacturer of premium precision power tools. We were asked to look at the ways in which we could help Festool to gain a larger share of the UK power tool market in both the sheds and smaller dealerships. Our approach included merchandising, bespoke display solutions and new product information. A number of winning deals were launched at the time of the 2012 Olympics and were themed accordingly. We created offer posters, display units for power tools and POS solutions to promote direct benefits to the customer as well as creating opportunities to cross sell products in the extensive Festool range. Much of our work with Festool was consultative and we fully aware of the importance of customer acquisition and retention for trade and wholesale businesses. We regularly work with our clients to create customer incentive and loyalty schemes to win new trade and reactivate lapsed business.
