Kenwood are experts in food preparation and a household name in food mixers, processors, blenders and kitchen appliances.
As direct mail specialists we were asked to create a DM piece to raise customer awareness and increase sales of food preparation attachments for the Kenwood Chef machine. Using the Kenwood Club we designed an attractive, premium pack to reach members that had recently purchased a Kenwood Chef, enticing them to become more creative in the kitchen and to get more out of their machine by taking advantage of an exclusive free gift offer when ordering new attachments. The pack contained a series of carefully selected recipe cards, designed to demonstrate the versatility of each attachment included in this exclusive offer which ran for a limited time period in the build up to Christmas.
The customer response was good and reached the required campaign objective by achieving a 4% conversion rate.
