We are currently looking for:

Digital Account Manager

Working with our flagship clients, our Digital Account Manager is a key post. You’ll be working with some great brands, producing engaging integrated campaigns and will have real support from a hands-on Account Director and a great Head of Client Service.

You’ll be client facing and helping the team deliver high quality projects on brief, on time and on client budget whilst maintaining a good eye on the productivity of the job. You’ll be comfy leading on and offline projects for your clients as the role is very varied and will involve:

  • Developing Marketing Communications Solutions
  • Sourcing/purchasing services / materials and supplying quotations to clients as necessary
  • Discussing project briefs with client and studio team
  • Overseeing design stages of projects and liaising with clients to achieve desired result
  • To manage email marketing projects
  • To manage web design projects from start to end
  • To manage online marketing projects
  • Answering queries on tel / e-mail
  • Overseeing projects and ensuring outcomes are delivered correctly and on time
  • Trouble shooting where necessary

Account Manager requirements

  • Experience working as an integrated or digital account manager
  • Good knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Good understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • WordPress literate to an intermediate level
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • An understanding of Google Analytics, Webmaster tools and Adwords
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team oriented
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

It would be great if you had the following:

  • Experience with an agency email marketing system
  • Previous experience of working in a small team
  • Knowledge of some of the technical aspects of Web Management (DNS settings, SSL generation and implementation etc)
  • Experience with any web project management tools – ie Bugherd, Trello are examples of two we use
  • A basic understanding of HTML
  • Experience with image editing software (photoshop etc)
